SCUBA are 100% lead sinkers or a mixture of metals?

I melt some lead weights scuba diving and pour into a mold to change the shape. Does can melt them as if they were just a big piece of lead or should I take extra precautions?

There is no "norm" of things alloy as scuba weights, but it is very unlikely that they are "pure" lead because there is no practical reason to be.
