Can I wear contact lenses while diving / snorkeling?
Even if I wear glasses, I still worry if the water is coming into my eyes, and take my contact lenses! That can really happen when diving? Please advice me. Thank you.
I always dive with my contacts. Also I have often swum underwater with them and opened my eyes and have not lost yet. Of course there is always a possibility of losing them. Or if the water is very turbid probably do not want in your contacts. For me, it works without any probems but I always keep my old pair every month for a spare in case of an accident.
