I am looking for advice from those who have been in Thailand?
Hello, we are planning our 2 week vacation in Thailand since July 1. Any comprehensive advisory assistance will be greatly appreciated. What are the places not to miss in Thailand? Have you been in Thailand in July? What about time? Any recommended places for diving??? Thank You.
Only 2 weeks! Oh boy, will be more in the blink of an eye. I would say with the amount of time you have 5 days in Bangkok would be the maximum. Definitely stay in the Sukhumvit area, anywhere in soi 1-20. It is very convenient to go to any of the attractions also close to Siam and MBK mall. There is also a sky train is easy access from Sukhumvit. You should see Bangkok: Grand Palace of the Emerald Buddha Wat Pho also a trip to Ayutthaya (day trip), the former Thai capital, before it was invaded and burned by the Burmese for hundreds of years ago. You can book this hotel with almost any application. There are several versions of this tour Ayutthaya, the night cruise with dinner. I made the mistake of not taking the dinner cruise and was stuck in traffic for an hour and a half because the trip is over about 530pm. All tours depart on a bus and finally the boat so it can only remain in the boat and eat dinner and look at all the lights of Bangkok, which is pretty cool. With the remaining time you have, I either go south or north, does not really have time to do both. From the South want to go diving, Koh Tao is probably the best place in Thailand. It is also the cheapest place to get certified, the course of water open is about 7,500 baht, plus service charge for you to Bungalow 4 days 3 nights. http://www.saireehutresort.com/index.php?lay=show&ac=article&Id=538726971 or http://www.kohtaobansdiving.com/liveaboards_thailand.html Before going to Koh Tao has to fly to Koh Samui is a beautiful place and worth the trip, but more tourist Koh Tao. While I definitely safe Koh Samui Ang Thong Marine National Park (day trip) is absolutely beautiful and can be booked through any appeal. You can book your flight to Samui www.bangkokair.com line. 3 days in Samui and Koh Tao in 5 days. North Being that it is extremely hot in Thailand in July, if I going to Chaing Mai and Chiang Rai. Must see in Chiang Mai: Wat Doi Suthep Hill Tribe Phrathat and botanic gardens training center Mae Sa elephant-elephant View the painting is incredible Checkout youtube to find videos! Also take the Golden Triangle tour (day trip) can be booked anywhere in Chiang Mai. You will a boat across the river in Laos and go to the northernmost point of Thailand and go to the Burmese border. You also get to go to the long neck tribe, is really cool. If you have any questions just email me have been all previous, and have lots of photos, if you want.
