
The water always the music has a soothing effect on mind and soul. So find a lot of new age music water features as the background for music. In Feng Shui element, it is good to have a fountain, a waterfall in the house or compound, provided that is positioned in the right, of course.
Now Aquariums are a hit among households and who have aquariums in homes, hotels, restaurants. In some clinical trials conducted in psychiatric hospitals, the use of aquariums have a calming effect on patients, and also has an effect on autistic children. Interesting study, but still experimenting stage. More studies should do in these areas involving water element.
The closest thing I've been is to go to an underwater marine park. How do you feel when you in the tunnel with sharks, rays and fish swimming above you? Great is not it and I do not want to leave this world. You feel so relaxed, so peaceful and free of concerns and stress.
This is the reason why I am presenting to marine life in the Sulu and Celebes Seas. Just on the eastern side of Sabah, in the northern corner of the third world's largest island, Borneo, has great dive sites to see rich macro life and large pelagic fish life world.Where macro is rich, there are also large fish and has the best of both worlds, good beaches for sunbathing and exploring the waters.
Now, do not take my word for it, but I am not going to write this if not true. The great late oceanographer Jacques Consteau dived Sipadan and so have many other famous divers. They can not be all wrong and many of these dive sites are currently among the top ten in the world to see in the wish list of all avid divers.
The underwater world is a completely different landscape. Dive sites in crystal clear water of Sipadan and the surrounding sites, you can see a lot of life macro that is not seen on earth. The fans, corals and rocks of the formation are completely different landscape. The colors are a kaleidoscope of a wide range of combination more than the colors of the rainbow. You've heard of color therapy and I can understand why divers often approached very relaxing and calm.
Furthermore, it appears that divers tend to have better observations and this is a good habit to cultivate the land. Divers told me that you have to be extra careful for two reasons. One of them, if not miss the details, especially in the macro world, you should keep your eyes open but not closed and be alert to watch for any movement. Some fish and crocodile fish, stonefish is a master of disguise and if you're not careful, you will be missed. For reason number two in the underwater world, you must be attentive to reality, no error of a stone fish or coral. If you accidentally step on one or talk to one, you will have pain of agony and worse, the toxins can be deadly if you are not at hand. But the benefits and learning outside of the weights of the dangers and if you are careful diver, is fun and healthy for mind and body.
The diving is excellent for motor coordination of the limbs and body. And because water has inflatable body weight is supported by the water and feels much less weight in water. This gives a lot of agility in the water than on land and we found that divers tend to have a great aptitude. Breathing is ideal for divers and they have to learn to breathe properly with the oxygen tank. But the diving is great exercise for the body, ideal for the mind and soul with the best knowledge.
